Loved this app when I first installed it, but then came across an issue where I could not login. Had to use another chatbot for a bit, but Kyrie and the team fixed my issue and I am now able to use their app. It's such a great app and you can customize quite a lot and really make it your own. One of the best chat apps I've seen so far, and they offer it free which really helps smaller or startups like myself. Customer service is almost always around and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!!

Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer. It is also very nice that it has a mobile app.

I recently started using BestChat Live Chat Chatbot and I am blown away by its functionality. As a business owner, it's important for me to have a chatbot that can provide seamless 1-to-1 customer service, especially for my customers who speak Chinese. BestChat offers a fully Chinese-operated backend that allows me to connect with my customers in simplified or traditional Chinese, making it easy for me to expand my business into new markets.

One of the best things about BestChat is the real-time tracking of customer browsing behavior. The app was not only incredibly user-friendly, but it was also packed with amazing features that made my interaction with it smooth and enjoyable.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Kyrie, one of the representatives for the app. Kyrie was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also had a great sense of humor that made our interactions all the more enjoyable. Went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and patiently answered all of my questions.

Overall, I would highly recommend this app to anyone.

I love this app so much! I had another chat app installed first, but it didn't have an app for my iPhone. With this service I can also get notified on my iPhone and talk to potential customers when I'm away from the computer. Lots of easy-to-use customisations and features, plus it looks great. I wanted to leave a review because I'm also so impressed with how speedy and polite the customer service were to answer a question I had. Thank you!

Definitely recommended for all stores. It is easily customizable, most settings can be changed, even minor things, it gives options to connect your own social media such as facebook, insta, whatsapp, if the customers are more comfortable texting there, and to top it all it is free! Too good!

Perfect customer service and using experience. Easy to install and set up with all possible channels within minutes. CS helps to test the connection and everything goes well. I like the Wechat connection when you can communicate with Chinese sellers directly. Strongly recommend
