this is the second time we try this app in about 2 years span. pros: some of the options have improved and actually work - the AI has improved as well. Cons: lack of customer service - the chat app doesn't work well still and needs much improvements especially taking over from AI on live chats (we lost many customers because of this) - there is a big gap of options in the paid subscriptions and ...
