We used BetterDocs in WordPress and transfer shop to shopify.
We didn't know how to transfer existing FAQ to shopify. We raised question to support and support team is responsive and very kind.

The customer support on live chat was very helpful and responsive, however, there are still some bugs and issues in the BetterDocs & hopy improve these.
