I used this app to build a custom YOY item-level reporting that was not available in Shopify native reports. I needed some help building this custom report and the customer service available was very responsive and I got what I needed within hours.
So far so good. The customer service is excellent and all emails were answered the same day with custom revisions made to my saved reports.
The support provided by the team at Better Reports is so very good! they respond quickly and are ever so helpful! The value provided by this app and the team behind it greatly outweighs the cost, which is very affordable on its own. Great job, Better Reports!

All I can say is I am blown away by the number of reports Better Reports provides for you. And to think I was about to upgrade to the Shopify Advanced plan just for their reports and analytics. Better Reports just made my life 1000x easier. Definitely worth $20 a month.
