Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions.
As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.
Its ok, but it doesnt do anything Shopify doesnt do.
I think this app has potential.. However, we found it to be difficult to figure out. I couldn't find adequate support online and I didn't have time to email support with questions. I'm cancelling it.
Very useful BUT. When I set two days it starts to behave in a weird way and put - 1 next to product quantity for items.
Plus it's expensive
