I have only been working with Better Reports for a few days, but so far any time I have requested help running a report they have responded super quickly with exactly what I want and some other options. I would rate their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL! Claudia rocks!

We have over 15 Shopify accounts and by automating and scheduling reports, we have been able to save a lot of time and manpower on the analytics side. We are now able to produce daily dashboards across our different locations and companies. Better Reports is great to work with as they are responsive and have great customer service.
