Better Reports

We have 5 Shopify sites across 5 different countries with 600SKU's. This app has made it super easy to collate data, and the support has been on point !

Super flexible app with absolutely stellar support. We had a time-sensitive issue that needed resolving and support came through for us.

A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.

I am a Data Strategy Manager working on building a new pipeline for E-commerce. Better Reports has been excellent to work with in helping me add custom reports. Their support team is extremely knowledgeable and responds to my request quickly. I've been working outside of 9-5 hours, sometimes early in the morning and late in the evening. So far so good, tough to find the data already in Shopify from Shopify so this app bridges the gap well.

This app is super helpful and definitely useful for helping to gather end of the quarter/ year reports. What is even better is that I was having a difficult time finding the report I needed. I emailed customer service and not only did they send me what I needed, they sent me an additional custom report via email per my request and updated the option to pull this data in the future in my account! I absolutely find this app to be valuable and worth the monthly fee.

this app really useful because I need to manually decrease the item on my excel. and this app can give me the report everyday on what item that we fulfill that day (we use it everyday). Still haven't learned the app fully, that will be great if they can give recommendation for business owner. Because the price quite high... (better if the price discount 50% more on advanced shopify ^_^)

I used this app to track revenue by product and by state. It has increased the accuracy of our accounting records and has shortened the time it takes to complete monthly reporting.
