We currently are using Shopify for our online sales but are interested in using Shopify to do our point of scale. From a volume pespective, this is a big jump from what we are currently doing. We were looking at different ways of getting the necessary details out for of Shopify for an upload to our accounts system. This included trying different versions of Shopify, reaching to other users of Shopify etc.. but with limited success. To cut to the chase "Better Reports" was better than expected. It pulled together the information and enabled us to schedule a daily export of the custom report we needed. But really surprised use was "Better Reports" Support and their "Complimentary report service". Increibly prompt and very helpful, all in the space of a day or 2 we had our answer. Big shout out to Claudia in their Support Team.

love this app! I'm able to run any report I like, and customer service via chat is always so helpful! they help with any custom report I'd like to create and they usually respond within a day!

The help from the Better Reports team has been amazing when I can't work out what to do. I love that you can change the style of report from table to graph etc

Everything Shopify Reporting does not let you do can be done with this app. For our use case, it was nice to filter by Order Tags.

Gives me everything I need to make inventory purchase decisions and better understand my customers. Super fast. Use it everyday.

I have only been working with Better Reports for a few days, but so far any time I have requested help running a report they have responded super quickly with exactly what I want and some other options. I would rate their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL! Claudia rocks!

Definitely recommend Better Reports as it's been essential for our reporting purposes. The different types, customizations, etc. are helpful in pin pointing exactly what we are looking for. Moreover, the scheduled reports work great for both email and google drive.
