Quick Response from their Customer Care Team and can pretty much create any report you may need if Shopify lets them have the API! I find using Better Reports very easy!

We have over 15 Shopify accounts and by automating and scheduling reports, we have been able to save a lot of time and manpower on the analytics side. With Better Reports we are able to pull accurate custom reports that integrate with our other apps on shopify. This app also have several awesome pre made reports you can pull easily.
