I love this app ! Especially because exporting product data with product pictures shown on pdf format is a must and big help to my needs.

We like this app. They have a lot of generic reports plus we can create our own custom report and schedule it. We needed some custom fields and they were able to get it done quick. Customer support is quick and very helpful. Clement was extremely helpful.

Great app that gives you great custom reports - Clement is amazing to work with and can create magic with all sorts of special requests. We use this app for all of our flash sales that are televised on national TV and can't say enough good things about it.

I used this app to pull a list of customers subscribed to marketing emails and was able to modify and input the list to another app for our marketing campaigns. It was quick, simple and very helpful when I needed it urgently. Looking forward to taking advantage of more reports.

I absolutely love this app. I haven't even dived into a third of what this app can do, report wise, and its already made my life so much easier. The information it gathers for you in a quick snapshot is so helpful. I've mainly been using this to help me gather my tax collected and that is literally just 1 of the 30+ reports it can run. We were hesitant to move away from our old desktop POS system to Shopify POS due to the lack of reporting. That was until we found Better Reports. It has a library of stock and custom reports that we needed to make the transition. The scheduling features are also extremely handy. The support has always been very responsive and helpful, I would highly recommend Better Reports.

Better Reports is an accurate name for this app. Claudia has helped me twice now on two different reports and her responses are invaluable. Not only does she get the problem solved, she helps me better understand how the app works and how to get the results I need.

Reporting is light years ahead of Shopify's built in reports. Developers are available to build custom reports to your needs. Literally anything you can think of, they can likely build it. 9 months in and have yet to run into a wall with report requests.
