i like how the app allows me to customize my sale orders

This is a very useful addon for analytics and reporting. We needed some more detailed custom reports and their customer service was excellent and fast.
Helped us setup custom fields to pull out order receipt metadata which were not initially available.

We run our company off analytics, we run and analyze reports daily, weekly, and monthly. There were a lot of reporting we needed that weren't able to be ran in Shopify analytics. Not only does this application have the reports we've been longing for, but there's we can automate and schedule reports to be ran down to the day and time it is ran which saves our team a ton of time.

Really good app, super easy to use. Kristesh was really helpful when our store needed custom reports. Highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with Better Reports when we switched our POS over to Shopify they were a huge help in setting up our automated reports. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for more detailed reporting.

I don't like that we have to pay for more expansive reports within our POS app but the excellent customer service from better reports makes the cost worth it! They are very responsive and have a "yes we can" attitude!

Better Reports has really helped us with organizing in-house perishable product by automating custom product tally reports tailored for each department and sending them to the department heads. Gone are the days of doing hand tallies. Claudia and Keanna have been incredible to work with, amazing support and help in creating custom reports. Thank you.

The support is the best I've received so far with any Shopify App. Clement has been overwhelmingly helpful. There are a lot of apps out there that do similar things, but I have been blown away that Clement not only took the time to truly understand our requests, but carried them out in a very timely fashion.
