Better Reports

Great app, I was able to get detailed and specific reports in minutes! And customer service was very helpful!

At risk of sounding cliche, Better Reports is simply better. Very intuitive to use, great support. As you will see with other reviews, Clement provides fantastic support including helping with quite particular requirements.
This app really lets you get to the data that is otherwise near impossible to get natively from Shopify. Couldn't recommend it more.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. Their support has been exemplary. Not only do they respond quickly and politely but the team is also open to making reports for us if we are stuck. No extra charge. App works amazing, saves a lot of time and frustration. It can be a little overwhelming but the support is amazing as well.

The app is really powerful, but what is really notable is how exceptional the customer service is. Every time I have a question, they come back with not only a more than satisfactory answer, but they go ahead and build or fix the report that I was having trouble with. I'm definitely impressed.

The reports a very detailed. You can make your own reports and the tech support is very helpful with advanced reports that might be too complex to make on your own.

Super handy, easy to use, support are quick to action custom built reports. Bit pricey but very good.

The best, fastest customer service of any app we've used. Created some custom templates for us. Highly recommend.
