BR ‑ Better Reports

So far so good. Customer service has been very quick and extremely helpful. I hope this will help get me the reports I need with accurate information that is easy to find.

We love Better Reports and use it everyday.
We get more detailed information than Shopify provides in analytics.
It's clear and easy to use on my iPhone & PC.

Better Reports is a great app. I was easily able to build custom reports and support was always very fast to respond when I couldn't figure something out.

I have to create complex reports every quarter and Better Reports has saved me so much time. A+ app!

I've been searching and trying reporting APP's on Shopify for awhile now. I stumbled upon Better Reports the other day. I added this App on the 14 day free trial. I was instantly blown away by Better Reports with the very first reports (of the 60) they offer that I tried! I, also needed a custom report specific to my products. Better reports responded within an hour, they also created a custom report for me within that same hour. We all know how frustrating it can be continually add 'trial Apps' and so many times, removing Apps before that 14 day trial period ends! Better Reports will save me SO much time getting the information I need! 100% the best App of ALL the other reporting Apps I've tried! Better reports won't be removed after my 14 day trial period!

[as of 08/25/22] Claudia did an excellent job understanding my problem and replying promptly with an explanation! I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.

I use this app for all my reporting for almost 2 years. It's reliable, flexible and very easy to use. Honestly, the best reporting app I came across so far.
On top of that, the team at Better Report is absolutely legends. They are super responsive and always have a solution! Definitely recommend using! !

Pretty handy and crafty app, in comparison with other similar apps tried this one seemed to shine the most! If you are in need of some datacrunching, this might be of great use to you. ;-)
