This app has allowed us to report on metrics we can't easily pull directly via Shopify, saving significant time. The customer service Better Reports has provided us has been top notch, providing 1:1 help for our specific needs.

This is a great app, the customer service is absolutely amazing! Anytime I need a special report, I ask for help and then they set it all up for you pretty quickly.

Better Reports has seriously upped our analytics. The custom reports allow me to pull the exact information that I am looking for, without the hassle of a bunch of complicated excel files. We've had this app for about two months and it is already the most useful app that we have. Their support team is very supportive and quick to reply.
