Great customer service working with Clement to create a custom report for us! We make custom wedding and event garland and most of our orders are booked weeks and months in advance of the shipment date. We needed a solution to list all future order ship dates. Sorting orders by the order date did not help as we needed to pull order attributes from each order that held the actual future ship or local pickup date. Clement was able to help us with creating a report with all upcoming ship and pickup dates sorted on one report. Thank you!

This app is the best value for your dollar out there. Clement and his team are extremely responsive and it allows you to segment data using logical rules. Definitely covers for the shortcomings of Shopify's basic analytics! Keep up the great work.

I wish all of the other app support would be as great as this. This provides all the reports we need and then some! Anytime I have any questions or concerns or requests for custom reporting they have always been very attentive.They have always made my custom reports pretty quickly. very hard to figure out how to make the tax reports i needed but Deanna was 10/10 extremely helpful in organizing the report for what I needed.

I asked for a custom report to allow me to see collected taxes by county for my state. Better Reports responded within minutes with just the report to help me run my business. I will definitely be using Better Reports!
