Better Reports

We are a not for profit supplying new clothing free of charge to our customers who are also charities. Almost all of Shopify reports are based around $ which means they are of no use to us. Better Reports has enabled us to extract data in a different way and in much more detail. Their customer service is fantastic - really responsive and helpful, especially with creating custom reports on request. 100% recommend.

This app allows you to breakdown your analytics/reports in a way more versatile way. So much better than the built in shopify tools, this app is for those who are serious about their store and what every bit of information to help grow their business.

We needed some deeper reporting that wasn't easy to pull on Shopify - luckily we found Better Reports. We have just begun to start using it, but for the one purpose, it's already been worth the cost. Plus, when we got stuck, they emailed us back and created a report for us right away. Definitely recommended.

We use this app to enable us to file timely and accurate tax reports in the European Union. That being said, the app will help you run any type of report you need—all for a very reasonable monthly subscription price. Most amazing is the customer support. They are extraordinarily responsive and willing to provide customized support in certain circumstances, which is unheard of these days. Very impressive. We couldn’t be more satisfied and highly recommend this app—without reservations.

Highly recommend you download this app for data exports of any kind because even if the report you want is not a template (even though they have 1000+ to choose from), it can be in 5 minutes from you asking! And the customer support (Keanna is who helped us) is amazing!!!!!! I was in a hurry to switch our data applications because the other one just wasn't cutting it or giving us what we needed (which you think would be a simple report), but they couldn't do it, and after 2 weeks of agonizing, I finally decided to search for another app that could save me tons of time. Better Reports made the report we wanted within 5 minutes of downloading the app and emailing them. FINALLY, I can just export what I need and use it. Thank you so much, Keanna and the team. Better Reports has allowed me to export the sales and product data I need from my site and organize it in a clear way that Shopify alone couldn't do, which is allowing us to pull off our biggest Thanksgiving holiday yet! On top of that, Clement is always quick to respond in an incredibly helpful and hands-on way whenever I run into a question. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for nimble and clear reporting.

I downloaded this app to provide detailed sales reporting, I was able to pull together a customised report (with help from the team!) and it's exactly what I was looking for. The team are quick and efficient in responding which is much appreciated.

I used this app to create a report to assess the possible financial impact of cancellations due Covid19 - I tagged all products that are affected in Shopify and then created a report using Better Reports which listed all orders (including order value, date, status) which were tagged "covid"! It was very straightforward, I tried 2 other report apps today but Better Reports is the only one that worked for me.

Simple, easy-to-use once you get the hang of it, and it provides me with all of the insights that Shopify does not. Plus, the customer service is amazing and quickly responds to all of our requests for custom features. I can't recommend this app enough!
