Better Reports

Can I rate it 10 stars? This, by far, is one of the most intuitive, robust apps I have every used in Shopify after developing four sites for various clients. While there are dozens of thoughtful, well designed, pre-made reports included, the real beauty of this product is the custom report function. I can't say enough about the flexibility and ease of use. All of the data is there, including original order-level line item data. Creating reports is as simple as drag and drop and you can create a variety of report types including matrix and charts.

The customer service is unparalleled and when I identified a need, it was incorporated in the the app by the next day. His email said it had value for all his clients so he was happy to get it done quickly. Now that, is service.

If you are concerned about the cost of the app I can tell you from experience it is far more powerful than the custom report function Shopify offers in its $299/mo version...so go for the lower version of Shopify and supplement it with this app...it is worth it! Great job Clement!

This app makes very detailed reports very easy. The customer support is also right on point and very responsive.

I needed an app to help me with simple sales reports, Better Reports saved the day - within a few minutes of installing it I had exactly what I needed, plus their customer service is the best. I asked some questions about a custom report and within 30 mins they had set this up for me. Money well spent, couldn't rate this highly enough.

I started using this app for a very specific report we needed to create for our business. The support team was very responsive and helped create the custom report in no time at all. I tried a different (cheaper) App prior to Better Reports but did not like the results. I started using Better Reports this morning and LOVE it. I created a few custom reports and the support team helped me tweak some of the parameters. They answered my email request in just a few minutes. They are currently working on an End of Day (Z Out) report for me since Shopify does not provide one. I am very happy with how easy it is to make reports and the quickness of their customer support response time.

This app is awesome! So many options for prebuilt, powerful reports. And then you can create your own custom reports and include a TON of information. Then, the best part is being able to schedule reports so that they can be emailed to you every day or on whatever schedule you need.

The customer service is incredible. I had a questions about adding a specific field to my custom report, and I received a reply from Claudia in less than 10 minutes that she had added it to my report for me.

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to level up their reporting capability in Shopify!
