Great App! Enhances the reporting capability of the store tremendously. Also has very easy export functions in case you need to present the data somewhere.

Really useful, thanks so much for this awesome app. Original review 8/13/20: Awesome customer service - they helped me get up and running with a custom report that I needed right away, but I wanted to use the app for a bit before leaving a review. I have one report that I've scheduled to arrive in my and my employees' inboxes every morning, which is super helpful to us. I've had no issues with the reliability of it. For creating and tweaking reports, it's very intuitive if you're familiar with PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI, that kind of thing. And if not, their support team can help out however you need, I'm sure. Really happy with this app! It makes it easy to pull exactly the data that I want from my shop. Thanks!!

I totally love this APP and have been using it for 2 years . It is such a time saver for accounting!! The service is very quick and very friendly! They are always there for you. I just had them add another report which allowed me to view my annual sales on line per country which I need for year end ! Love it !! It is so worth it !! Thank you Better Reports ! A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.

Carry all Shopify data you need to analyse with easy customisation of metrics and their Support Team is great when it's not easy - you can throw almost any curve ball at them.

Sure, visualisations could be nicer and integrations to more data sources would be golden but hey, for the day to day data crunching
