BR ‑ Better Reports

Better reports is a good app for Shopify. When reaching out for help with a report, customer service for this app was quick to respond, which was extremely helpful. I guess I rate this app a 3 because I don't feel like this is the easiest app to use in creating reports for what our company needs. Hopefully the more we use it, the easier it is to use and to create new reports.

Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions.

As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.

Its ok, but it doesnt do anything Shopify doesnt do.
