I already love this app! I used to copy-paste values from a custom field, that I couldn't access via the regular Shopify reports. Better Reports saves me this tedious every-day task, and I'm finally excited to scale!!!!

I am still new to this app but so far it it really helpful!. It is very useful in breaking down my sales in to each product category which aids in creating open to buy plans. There are TONS of reports that I haven't even looked into so I'm sure I'll only find more uses as I go but even just the two reports I'm currently using make it worth it. Fantastic app, reports and customer service! After spending way too much time realizing I just couldn't get the info I needed from Shopify, Better Reports helped me in no time. Clement made a couple custom reports for me and I couldn't be happier about the time I just saved and having all my info so perfectly organized in front of me now.

I think this app has potential.. However, we found it to be difficult to figure out. I couldn't find adequate support online and I didn't have time to email support with questions. I'm cancelling it.

Support staff is very helpful generating a report, which is necessary because the app could be a little bit more user friendly. Once your report is generated, you can keep reusing it.

I tried a different (cheaper) App prior to Better Reports but did not like the results. I started using Better Reports this morning and LOVE it. I created a few custom reports and the support team helped me tweak some of the parameters. They answered my email request in just a few minutes. Great app for customized reports. Even better support, great response time. Hard to find good apps like this with the level of service. 10/10

We needed a way to filter sales by customer tag and with a couple of clicks we were able to generate the report we needed and save it for quick access. It's a great solution for us.
