BR ‑ Better Reports

I am not very savvy when it comes to reports or computers, but interacting with keanna has been great, She still in the middle of helping me, but she’s very easy to understand. The language is sometimes difficult for me to understand so she sent me a video example which made it easier. Thank you I look forward to creating another custom report to help me operate my business smoothly!

Hands down the best reporting for Shopify BUT what's even better is their support team. When I don't know how to create a report they swoop in and under 30 minutes and create it for you so you have exactly what you need. I have to shout out Claudia A., she has been incredibly helpful and a lifesaver! Highly recommend Better Reports.

Really quick and knowledgeable customer service team to work with and a good all around app for reporting. There's a lot that Shopify cannot do and they are too busy to look into very specific reporting so this app is a fantastic add on to our store.
