Well what can I say. I needed to calculate fulfilment company commission based on sales which was at different percentage levels per product type and also user group. We had 4 user groups. I managed to achieve a part solution but then had to ask for support. I was amazed that within 24 hrs a custom solution was created which works exactly as we need. Ciara in support was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Been using the app for around 1 week now and have created several other solutions which simply aren’t possible using Shopify default reports, including inventory management. Some of which required further customisation by support which again was no trouble. All reports are now scheduled to send on the required dates for full atomisation. Cant recommend the app enough. A real bargain compared to the amount of time saved.
It seems more powerful that we'll ever need, but still usable. Support is top notch. On the expensive side, but you get your money worth if you use it.

For data gathering, we used to use Matrixify but switched to Better Reports for much faster and more dynamic reporting tools. Incredible customer service (they made a custom video demonstrating the feature I was asking about), highly recommend Better Reports.

I needed what I thought was basic reports from Shopify for a government audit. Was shocked they didn't offer what I needed and it would've meant manually inputting data for more than 3,000 accounts - total nightmare and waste of time. This app saved the day and working with Keanna was easy and effortless. She created the reports I needed very quickly, and was even able to redo them in the currency I needed. Don't waste time and money on other apps - highly recommend!!
This addon is quite flexible which is very helpful in creating customized reports tailored to one's specific needs. Highly recommended!
