Better Reports

[as of 08/25/22] Claudia did an excellent job understanding my problem and replying promptly with an explanation! I especially appreciate her attention to detail, including relevant screenshots of the Shopify database. I have corresponded with the BR support team since 2020, and they have never ever disappointed me. Consistently outstanding support from the whole team, including Keanna, Rishika, Tiia, and Kritesh.

Pretty handy and crafty app, in comparison with other similar apps tried this one seemed to shine the most! If you are in need of some datacrunching, this might be of great use to you. ;-)

Better Reports has really helped us with organizing in-house perishable product by automating custom product tally reports tailored for each department and sending them to the department heads. So far I have only been using this reporting app for a few weeks. However, I am impressed with the customer supports ability to help assist with questions and customizations. Much appreciated! Better Reports has really helped us generate the exact reports we need for our small business, and have been subscribed for a year+ and satisfied with what we get for the price. The support has been beyond excellent, going further than expected for us recently, and we were extremely happy and impressed with the customer service!

Great app. There hasn't been a report that I haven't been able to run with Better Reports. I also prefer this to having to upgrade my Shopify plan to see a few more reports. Definitely would recommend it.

Better Reports team was very helpful in creating custom reports to fit our needs. It has made our daily reporting tasks much more manageable and time efficient. I would recommend BR for higher level report than is available in the Shopify dashboard.
