BR ‑ Better Reports

Better Reports should work with Stripe to ensure that there is a complete set of data. Stripe populates a field that allows mapping of orders back to Shopify. It does not provide the same reference for refund transactions.

As a Result, the field needs to be manually populated after researching Stripe refunds to identify the appropriate reference.

This is by far the best reporting app out there! And don’t even get me started on the customer service—Keanna is amazing. She guided me through the entire process of creating and scheduling the report, making everything so much easier. Truly outstanding service!

Absolutely essential for any small DTC business, its like having a data science team at your disposal. Nothing is off the table, they are always will and able to help with any of my niche needs.

Better Reports is super helpful in pulling customized reports which may be difficult to pull from just regular Shopify analytics!

Better Reports is an excellent and affordable application designed to provide helpful KPIs. I was working with a very expensive product beforehand and was nervous to switch over, but it's been a breeze. The best part about this platform though is the customer service (Keanna - you are a rockstar!) They were so helpful and patient and that is something hard to find on some of these other platforms ...

Better Reports is a must have app.
Without this app for Shopify i would not be able to continue using shopify as the reporting in shopify is not good enough for our needs.
