Better Reports

I love this app, it's a great work around since Shopify does not offer in depth reporting. I always get a response within 24 hours and they make any changes I need on reports. Great app! definitely recommend if you like digging into your retail business.

While I don't necessarily find the user interface to be the easiest to use, the support that comes with this app is absolutely fantastic. Better Reports generates great reports that Shopify is just lacking in. Really great and speedy customer support too!

Better Reports serves our complex, multi-location needs as far as Register Summaries, Daily Finance reports, complex inventory reporting, etc.. and the Support staff is top shelf when we need something explained, tweaked, or completely new!

Worked with Clement at Better Reports to make some custom reports to help with various use cases we were looking to optimize. Clement was incredibly quick to help and very professional -- we look forward to continuing to use Better Reports and would recommend it to anyone.

As a startup, creating custom reports is really important for us as we learn what systems are available and what measures we need. Better Reports customer service has been amazingly helpful and quick. When certain parameters weren't available, they created them for us. Love this tool! Can't say enough about this app.
