At risk of sounding cliche, Better Reports is simply better. Very intuitive to use, great support. As you will see with other reviews, Clement provides fantastic support including helping with quite particular requirements.
This app really lets you get to the data that is otherwise near impossible to get natively from Shopify. Couldn't recommend it more.

Great customer support. We needed reports using tags as well as some other info so we reached out and they created and linked us to the reports quickly. Excellent customer service. Recommended if you're needing to run regular reports outside of Shopify's capabilities.

Fantastic support, excellent app. We had to move quickly from our previous host due to server issues and one of our biggest concerns was transitioning reporting. They took care of all of it for us very quickly.

We have just started using Better Reports and so far this app is everything we dreamed of and more. We can create any kind of report we require. Often with other reporting systems we have been limited to customer information in one report and sales information in another report but with Better Reports we can have it all in one report and in any layout we like. Their support has been exemplary. Not only do they respond quickly and politely but the team is also open to making reports for us if we are stuck. No extra charge.
