Fantastic and intuitive product on its own, with even better service and attention to helping you understand your problems, provide a solution but equally educate you on helping yourself in the future.

It doesn't do EVERYTHING we would like it to do due to limitations Shopify puts on their access, however their support team is super helpful and has helped us improve many of our reports!

I have reached out to Better Reports a handful of times for creating custom reports, and each time they have responded within 24 hours and guided me with the creation. Definitely worth the subscription and amazing customer service. SO NICE to be able to immediately talk to a human, and get efficient help.

This app has been tremendously helpful in analyzing my business's various metrics. I have tried others in the past, and this is the one that does it all. Also, customer service has been exceptional!
