Better Reports

I used this app to help me create a report for fullfilling orders daily with all relevant information

I love this app! The customer service is top notch! I email them with my ideas and both times they got back to me within 10-15 minutes! The reports are super easy to understand and if you want to make your own you can.

Caveat: I only generated a couple reports with Better Reports and did not use it beyond the trial period, because I simply can't justify spending more for reporting...

That said, the depth of data this app provides is incredible. There is a plethora of canned reports and if I had more traffic to my store, this would be a no-brainer! Further, Clement is very responsive and I'd have no concern about support.

I hope I have the traffic to justify the extended reporting to be a paying subscriber in the near future! Thank you for the trial, which provided very helpful data!!

We just started trialing Better Reports and so far I'm very happy with the support that we have received. We needed to create a custom report and the agent helping me (Claudia) stayed on and worked on the report until we were satisfied. Great customer service. I tried a bunch of report/export apps. So far Better Reports is the best one, I liked that you can test the schedules and the data is fairly customizable.
