Better Reports

Great customer service ever!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic customer service for my question to create a report I really needed.

It's exactly what the name says - Better Reports. It's easy to use and was very helpful in getting extremely specific and relevant data for analytics.

Fantastic App for reporting. We run event and have different types of shops being set-up seasonally and this app makes tracking everything very easy.

Thorough and detailed reports available and customizable, far better than the tools you receive directly from Shopify. Prompt and helpful support.

Better Report has really improved our shop. They set-up many custom reports for us for us to help track customers buying habits. They can pretty much measure anything and once the report is built you can run it whenever you want. This is helping us to tailor offerings to certain customers. We now know if a customer purchases x then they are likely to buy y. This helps us target promotions. My recommendation would be to take advantage of the 14 day free trail. Ask the support team (they are very responsive) to make your dream report and see how you like it! Nothing but good things to say about this app and team.

Great app, helps me look at monthly sales by product as well as cost of inventory which is something that should have been included with Shopify. Clement is super helpful and very quick with response. He helped to customise my reports so I can get a better idea of what $ value of my goods and sales, which gave us the insight into how to sell better. Highly recommend.
