BR ‑ Better Reports

Better Reports is an accurate name for this app. Claudia has helped me twice now on two different reports and her responses are invaluable. Not only does she get the problem solved, she helps me better understand how the app works and how to get the results I need.

I asked for a customized field in a Report. I received an answer within few hours and it was exactly what I asked for! Exceeded normal output standards!!

I really like this application in terms of reporting!

And their support works at the highest level, they always helped me if I had any questions.

Using with Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery-- we had a question on sorting by pick-up dates and times and customer support (Kritesh!) got back to us surprisingly fast with extremely clear and detailed instructions. We've yet to reach a dead-end with any functionality we've aimed for-- fantastic!

Customer service is first class, and the reports can be spliced and customised to whatever data is captured. I was looking for an app that could show me what has not been selling well, and Better Reports does it!

I even got to save some money, and switched down from the more expensive Advanced Shopify platform, because that's all I needed the Advanced Plan for! The analytics! This does the job just as well!

Better Reports really is better! We were in desperate need of an app to write custom reporting to satisfy the requirements of several business areas along with something that allowed us to export data and upload it into SAP. This app allowed us to do exactly that. My CTO also worked with their support group, which was responsive and very helpful. The app is extremely easy to use, The reporting data met all of our needs plus gave us ideas for additional reporting. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I have thrown all kinds of questions at them and they always have a fast answer with a perfect solution! 7-8-21 Still loving Better Reports, even after using it for more than a year. Great for creating pick lists, shipping status reports, sales reports, etc. Very easy to use and support is very responsive.
