Absolutely perfect!! And amazing, quick customer service. I had a fairly complicated custom report that I needed to create and they took care of it within a matter of just a few hours after receiving my inquiry. Amazing! Love this app so much. It can literally provide you with any report that you need.

This app was helpful for those that don't have all the reports from Shopify. Are you able to break the report down to show individual transactions and the price paid for those transactions?

I wish I'd known about this app weeks ago as it would have made my business far more straight forward

I have been looking for an app to provide better reporting than what Shopify current has. I should have known that I just needed to look for "Better Reports".

This app is amazing! I haven't yet found a report that I am not able to either view or create using their report creator.

We are now using our 3rd POS system with our change to Shopify about 6 weeks ago. I was so stressed about the lack of exact reports I needed from Shopify and Clement was there to create them. So far he has created 3 reports that save us many hours. It is so great he figures out how to do it and then it's done within hours, ready to use over and over again. It 's like having my own personal report writer! I look forward to developing a long relationship as Shopify upgrades and so do we with Better Reports!

We need to prepare a report that selects only Drop-Ship items for a report to our fulfillment house. Better Reports does that well and allows us to filter out Cancelled and Archived orders too.

Great app from Better Reports, with their ability to also tailor reporting so you can have even more specific results at just the touch of a button. A great help in many areas of our business, from product sales, to trends, forecasts etc.

I find it difficult to create a proper report, however...
Their response team is always quick to help and they are very good at creating the report you want!
