The app is fantastic and the service is the best I have ever seen. Everyone of the Better Reports team is efficient and helpful and the reports have saved us hundreds of work hours. I really can't say enough good things about it.

Their support gets an A+ because they quickly helped us create some new unique reports and showed us how to easily build reports and access the information we need on our own.

Invaluable app and much more useful information than the inbuilt reports in Shopify. I emailed the owner to ask for a custom app and he provided it a few hours later! I now use this custom report daily and don't know how I'd do without it. If it were possible to see analysis on add-to-cart rates / products that would be very useful too!
