Better Reports

Lots of insightful information to be found with Better Reports. Their customer service is fantastic and created several detailed and (to me quite complex) reports for me.

So, I sell widgets I make online, wholesale, and at various markets around the country. Reporting is vital to my business, and Better Reports is the only package that has the flexibility, and level of detail that works for my business.

Service is outstanding. Fast and consistently, aggressively helpful. Functionality is highly customizable. Absolutely sets a new high bar for app function and customer support.

Invaluable app and much more useful information than the inbuilt reports in Shopify. I emailed the owner to ask for a custom app and he provided it a few hours later! I now use this custom report daily and don't know how I'd do without it. If it were possible to see analysis on add-to-cart rates / products that would be very useful too!
