Great customer service. I tried a bunch of report/export apps. So far Better Reports is the best one, I liked that you can test the schedules and the data is fairly customizable.

Dev was very responsive and created two custom reports for me in the first days of my trial. The app really helps fill a gap in Shopify’s basic plan where reports are largely withheld.
