I’m inticipating really good things with this , I’m giving it 5 stars first of all for customer service . This app has many features and I had to talk to a lot of people to find this app. I haven’t heard anything bad about it . Ow I’m attempting to put it use .

This review is not in regards to Better Reports functionality. We loaded the free trial, loved what we saw, but ultimately did not move forward as we were not ready to on our side. This review is in regards to the professional service and response we received during this trial process. They were quick to assist us getting it spun up (which is pretty easy) but when we were looking for some reporting information that did not appear to be there "out of the box" they created this report quickly without us really asking. It rare to see this level of response and service these days so it should not go unacknowledged.

I used this app to create a report of sales by state. Shopify basic does not offer this basic report and this app is very complete and robust to create almost everything (I have not tried completely) and the customer support is good!

Great app, best helpdesk asked for a report, and they directly made it. Fast and easy reporting after your data is loaded into the app.

Very helpful and great response from backoffice on questions. Needed to see the percentage of returns in products and they fixed quite quickly.

Great help on my day-to-day work as I'm alone doing all the ecommerce work from its management to operations. It helps me not wasting my time buidlign the report and focus on analysing them and finding insights rather than spending hours on excel building tables.

This app is awesome, and their support is even better. Helped me get the exact data I needed and clarified a number of questions along the way. Would recommend!
