I really never find the time to write an app review but in this case I just thought I had no choice! We are so pleased with the way this functions, it's just such a seamless experience for our customers and us. Automated accept or decline is brilliant and I'm sure will be a great time saver for most but, as we sell large antique items that need to be shipped, we really like the ability to review each offer.
Customer service is just on another level - pretty much an immediate response to our initial request. Modifications made to suit our needs quickly and effectively. Mike is an absolute star!
We have already made sales as a direct result of the app and really believe it will enhance our site and increase sales. Well worth the modest cost.
