bitchat really shines on customer support, it replies instantly 24/7 on whatsapp ig and fb, answers most questions on its own, and cleanly passes complex cases to humans without breaking the flow. customers get fast help, teams stay organized, and for the price you pay it feels like having an always on support agent that also helps drive sales.

Non sono nuovo al mondo degli assistenti AI ma devo dire che quest'app mi sta lasciando veramente senza parole in termini di qualità prezzo. E' assolutamente sbalorditiva.

I ragazzi del servizio clienti, seppur quest'ultimo non è secondo me sviluppato in modo comodo e rapido, sono molto carini e super utili.
