We've been running bitCRM for months to handle WhatsApp order follow-ups for our brand. The customer segmentation is the feature we use most — we can separate campaigns for retail customers and our reseller network, which used to be a manual mess. Abandoned cart recovery runs on its own once set up, and the Shopify sync means we never export customer lists anymore.
Setup took a bit of trial and error at the start, but support responded quickly on WhatsApp when we got stuck. For a team as small as ours, having broadcasts, tagging, and reminders in one dashboard saves real hours every week. Recommended for Indonesian brands scaling on WhatsApp.
