Good start - recently downloaded it and it looks good and works well. A great free app. I had a slight issue getting the site to point to two separate pages (login and sign up) but a team member was pretty helpful and helped me get it sorted.

I received Excellent Customers Service from the Representative, I ask questions to check if I set up all the features correctly ,and after a short wait time I was able to get my issues resolved.

Great to work with, Customer service is always ready to help. And the actual plugin is VERY easy to navigate and has everything you need for your affiliate program.
I recommend leaving the Tiers option in the commission options of the settings for the programs we create. The functionality of the two different Tiers options you have in the app are completely different and we need the flexibility. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!!!

So far so good! I haven't onboarded any influencers just yet. We did a test account and it seems pretty self explanatory. Thank you BixGrow for all of your thoroughness, attention to detail and really going above and beyond to create a platform that makes this process fun and exciting.
