We love this app! Having spent a lot of time reviewing and testing different affiliate and referral apps we were so happy to find BixGrow. We love that it clearly distinguishes between Referral and Affiliate programs (this isn't something that most apps do) and everything about it is simple and user friendly.
The team were even able to make some changes to the app to fit with our requirements that made it a perfect fit for us.

I haven't started actually using it with my ambassador, but defenitly will. I currently use the free version and I love it, it has everything I need, Leo from customer service helped me through my questions and found easy solutions. I like that I get to customize everything according to my branding. I also like that I get it free until I have a good amount of affiliate orders (1000$/month), I believe that if I do reach that amount, it will be wroth paying for the paid version.

It's a very easy and efficient Affiliate Program app. I am very happy with it, as I see the difference with other apps which I struggled with for long time. My affiliates love it too, as it has link cloaking and subID or other parameters working 100% okay!
Your tracking is very accurate, and I hope no one cracks your game, as I had to pay thousands of Dollars to people, who hacked the other affiliate app I had with Wordpress.
I have no problem when Bixgrow goes Premium Paid only service, I just wish I won't have to do anything other than adding a payment method and all my data will be intact.

Seems to do everything I want it too massive help via the chat to get everything to work as it is not all as obvious as it looks but once set up and with greater understanding it is reasonably intuitive to use. Having the new referral scheme also allows you to access customer who simply want to recommend rather than making a passive income, brilliant and its free.

Takes a little time to understand - especially if english is not your native language - but once you made you way though how it works ... everything perfect including very quick, friendly and helpful support! *****

They are informative, helpful in every way and have 24/7 and FAST response time! This app helps in so many ways with starting in direct sales or MLM etc. Very helpful tools and you can even tweak some programs to match with how you want to run your business! I am so thankful for this flexibility!

it's early days yet but all good at the moment. I have tried other affiliate software in the past, which proved too complicated. Were at the stage of doing test orders and all works the first time - so it bodes well. I'll report back in a couple of weeks by which time we should be up and running with affiliate members.

I added this app to a second of our companies, it is working well. A few slight differences in the process but I had it figured out quite quickly. This software is excellent. I look forward to launching our affiliate programs on both sites and will report back. Looking good at the moment :)

The application is simply fantastic, it fills the majority of my affiliate system on several levels and customer support is the top level they care about your needs going forward, and they have added two free custom features just to meet my needs, and this quickly and professionally.
I highly recommend this application.

I'm in the setup phase and it's going super well. Their app is very intuitive. When I did need help, support was only a chat box away. I've spoken with two support staff so far and both were patient, helpful, and kind. I'm impressed so far. I keep wondering what the catch is since the cost is so low. So far there isn't any. It's been great and true to its claims.
