So far so good! Just started setting up today and I see a lot of potential in the app. Far more than what we had setup previously. I love all the customization and the chat support has been very helpful when I do have questions.
More user & price friendly than other affiliate apps. Highly recommend!
I'm in the beginning stages of using the program, but chose this one because it offers tiers and the ease of use.
Great app, and incredible prices. Minimal but effective - there's nothing superfluous here.
Unfortunately, didn't work with Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay checkouts which are a lot of what our customers use, so we couldn't use it. Support was quick to respond and tell me this, which was super helpful with the built-in chat.

They don't care about you as a customer. The app lacks many features, and when you talk to their customer service, they operate in 'liquidation mode' rather than focusing on solutions
Thank you for leaving a negative review although we are surprised to receive it, especially from you. You just installed the app and then wanted to use the Custom Domain feature (which is clearly stated as exclusive to the PRO plan) while you didn't want to upgrade to a paid plan for that. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet your needs like this as we need funds to further develop the app.

When I first started my shop I was lost on how to get a professional/transparent way to track affiliate commissions. Bixgrow has made the affiliate process very easy and had way more features than I could ask for. Also, their support is always quick to respond with any questions!
