Customer service is amazing!

Thrilled with the app and team so far.
Easy to install, the dashboard is extremely intuitive and feature-rich, and this is the only platform I've found that supports royalties and affiliate commissions on the same order. That's huge for us... allowing us to pay collaborators their royalties, while also paying affiliates whatever commission they earn.
Very responsive and kind support team as well.
The speed of customer service response is the most timely, so far I think so, excellent service attitude, excellent experience of using APP, really did not expect such a good APP, 5 stars recommended!

The design and functionality of this affiliate app is brilliant. I spent a while trying to search for an affiliate app that gave us the flexibility and functionality we wanted around commission structures - and at a reasonable cost - this ticked all the boxes so we were very happy. The support is great (including documentation - I found very useful) and Leo was very patient and quick in answering my initial queries and helping my understanding when needed. I would definitely recommend installing this app if you're looking for an app which is easy to understand and has a lot of functionality and excellent support.

Absolutely amazing. We have discovered the app about 3 months ago and every time we use it, it simply amazes me. The "out of the box" functionalities of this app are amazing if you rely on affiliates or influencers. Super transparent, easy to use and navigate. The support team has been amazing; every time I reach out they are super responsive and their developers "just get it". I asked them to customise the images according to our image sizes on the website (so they don't appear cut out) and in less than 5 minutes it was done. I am seriously impressed.
