I'm 6 weeks into selling on my new website and I installed BIxGrow from day 1.
I had a few friends who wanted to join me on my journey and it seemed like a good idea. It's great how they can use their own shopping link for their customers but I'm now seeing the potential to really grow my business and attract new affiliates.

I've been using the BixGrow app for 3 months, and it has been a great addition to my Shopify store. The app is user-friendly, and it effectively tracks and manages affiliate programs seamlessly. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I'm very happy with the app and the customer service provided.

it was ok until now the link for landing pages don't work and affiliates can't get in .. like wtf is this make us look like dummies to people that want to sell our products.

Please take a look at our messages via the Live Chat channel to learn more about how you can re-activate the programs and make them work normally again. We think someone from your end may have accidentally hit the Deactivate button but the good news is that it can be fixed easily just by turning them on.
