I installed the Blanka Beauty App through Shopify and was instantly impressed by their speedy response time in the chat queue. Not only were they quick to answer my questions, but I also made several changes to my logo multiple times and they quickly re-populated the new one for me each time so that I could see the changes immediately. They also encouraged me to be more unique with the customization of my logo since I was using Canva to create it and other sellers on their account had logos similar to the ones I was choosing. I thought this was exceptional customer service on their end, as it protected my brand as well as others from being too monotonous.

Though I have just begun my e-commerce journey with Blanka Beauty, so far, their customer support system deserves 4 stars in my opinion. In addition to that, their product line really stands out from other beauty products I researched through the shopify app store. The ability to brand your product line is a huge selling point for me.

The only downside I see so far is the cost. You not only have to pay a monthly membership fee for the site starting at $29.00 for only 10 branded products, but you also have to pay for the branding itself starting at $149.00 depending on how many colors your logo has. These fees on top of how much each product costs individually is a bit steep. I am a new e-commerce start up and like myself, I'm sure it's hard for others as well to bite the bullet and pay out so much to get started. Having said that though, I go back again to how beautiful the product line is and it really doesn't compare to anything else out there in the cosmetic line through the Shopify App store (not that I have seen anyway).

I would highly recommend Blanka to anyone looking to start their own cosmetic and skin care brand. I recently started creating my brand and blanka has made the process so smooth. John and Beck from Blanka are very helpful and are always so quick to respond to any questions you may have throughout the process. They go above and beyond ensuring everything is going well on your end as you navigate your steps of creating a brand/line through blanka! I'm also amazed with how much products they offer for you to try out and private label and the fact that they offer vegan, clean ingredients and high quality makeup and skincare. Can't wait to see where this journey takes me!

I have been wanting to have my own personal brand for a while now and I finally decided to take the plunge. I found Blanka Beauty and decided to give the app a try. The app is super easy to navigate and the interface is so clean and simple. I was able to upload my own designs and see how they would look on the product. I love that I can customize the colors of my design, the size, and the printing method. I am so happy that I found this app because it has given me the opportunity to start my own personal brand.

I have been wanting to start my own cosmetic line for a while now. I found that possible to do with Blanka Beauty. The team is very helpful and responds very quickly when help is needed. They also let you view your products with your logo before you publish them. Thinking about starting your own cosmetic line look no further they have everything.

I have to give KUDOS to the wonderful, very patient, hold-my-hand customer service received on multiple occasions from John. It didn't matter what the issue was I was constantly being reminded to take my time and reassured we would get through it, and until we did stayed by my side for almost 2 hours one day. I usually try to figure things out on my own and never bother customer service, but I was completely at ease, and any questions I had, no matter how silly I thought it was, didn't feel awkward asking. Not only was advice given, but articles regarding the topic were immediately on my screen for reference. It was like my mind was being read, and the path of our conversation was not foreign. I appreciate the kindness and care shown to me when I'm entering a new chapter I've always wanted to write and without John I would be so lost. So THANKYOU John!

If I could give this team 10 stars, I would. I was having trouble creating my logo in the correct format, and John and his designers are going above and beyond to help me get it done right. I really want to sell these products with my brand on them. They understood my every concern and are working diligently to help me resolve this issue. Their support is top-notch. Never encountered a support team like this. Plus, I don't think John ever sleeps. 9 times out of 10 when I reached out to him, he quickly got back to me no matter the time. I wish my other apps had support like this. Keep up the good work!

So far my experience has been awesome! Their representative John replied to an email I sent concerning product mock up’s and whether I sent the correct format of my logo. It unraveled issues with my logo itself but John was very patient in explaining why and what colors and formats would be printable. I ended up having to edit gradient colors etc in my logo but he absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my visualization on the website and that I completely understood the process & dos/donts in terms of what’s printable. He was concerned about what I wanted and found a balance between what is acceptable. Honestly it made me even more comfortable using Blanka for my custom products and I haven’t even gotten my samples yet!

I absolutely love this company and the ease in which I can put my logo on the products and get started. Their customer service is exceptional, especially Beck who has got above and beyond to assist me with my logo and any additional information I required. First, Blanka provides a plethora of information on their website to help you make the best decision for your business. Their pricing is transparent so there are no surprises. I had a few questions which were just simply unique to what I was trying to do and the customer service at Blanka is incredible!! John was extremely helpful today as I was trying to upgrade my account and place another sample order for the men's skincare. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Thank you!

As for the products - I ordered the women's skincare a few weeks ago and the customers we asked to try the sample products love the formulas. Overall, great products, great service, and the app is user-friendly. There is a little more of an initial payment, like with the brand plate, than we had anticipated but overall, I think we are happy with our decision to use Blanka to launch our skincare line.
