I was overcharged for my monthly plan. I sent an email regarding the charges and asked if they could look into it because I was charged more than expected. Mae emailed me back within 10 minutes and had refunded and resolved my issue. This was on a weekend and I didn’t expect resolution so quickly. Mistakes happen everywhere but this was immediately corrected and Mae was very professional.

As a newcomer to this platform, I have discovered a variety of brands that offer cruelty-free cosmetics. Among them, Blanka stands out as my favourite. I have reached out to them with numerous inquiries and I must commend Mae for her exceptional service. Mae is not only quick to respond, but she also offers clear and friendly information that has been incredibly helpful.

I would definitely recommend Blanka if your starting your own skincare or makeup brand. There are a wide variety of high quality products which can be customized. There are also options for dropshipping or storing your own inventory. The team (Lee and Patrick) at Blanka are excellent and communication is great, there is always someone from the team available to help and support you on your beauty brand journey!

I am so happy with the products from Blanka. It’s the best quality beauty products I’ve seen so far. It’s very affordable, and their warehouse shipping time is amazing. Plus, They have a great variety of products, and their prices are affordable.

Blanka has GREAT customer service! John is so responsive. Not only does he respond to emails in a timely manner, but he will also pick up the phone and call to make sure you, as a customer, have what you need.

I feel like Blanka and us go way back even further than the last 6 months since we launched. We've gone through a ton of internal transition from approach, to external partners, and focus. The one thing that has stayed constant is the truly VIP service we get from Beck and the entire company.

I've had a chance to meet on several occasions with Kaylee and hear her vision and passion for her company first hand which makes this such as great partnership. As much as Blanka wants to see us grow we have the same level of passion to see Kaylee, Blanka, and her entire team grow and reach their aspirations.

Even when we went through some rough external situations, Beck and the Blanka team reassured me they could assist and they did. They are extremely responsive, thoughtful, and always seek to provide education and insight. They have been extremely open to feedback and have always listened to my concerns, no matter how petty at times, with an open mind towards seeking a solution.

We are truly happy with everything thus far and are excited about the future!

Staff reply fast to all customer concerns and questions. Help you in so many ways to become successful throughout your own business journey. App is useful and easy to use. So far, I have enjoyed what I have seen so far with trying to get my business up and running. Definitely a bonus is that they now updated their shipping rates for customers' orders. Would love to see more products added in near future with more eyeshadow colors to choose from, along with better pricing on the skincare line. Thank you so much for being a good company.
