I’ve been using Blanka for my store, Gecko Glow Beauty, and the service has been fantastic. I recently needed help upgrading to their VIP Annual plan to get faster, priority order processing. Their support representative, Abigail, was incredibly helpful—she guided me through the Shopify Billing process and made sure everything was activated immediately. It’s rare to find such hands-on support for e-commerce apps, and I’m already seeing the benefits. Highly recommend Blanka to any brand looking to scale and improve their fulfillment speed!

Excellent customer service. I had accidentally uploaded the wrong logo while learning how the platform worked and testing products on my webshop. I did not realize that the logo would become locked once products were published.
I contacted support expecting a complicated process, but they responded quickly, understood the situation, and helped me resolve the issue right away. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a great first impression.
