I have been using the app for about a month now and it works perfectly! I was having issues with high risk orders coming in from sketchy places which caused cancellation fees to occur so I needed a quick solution for this problem. I found blockify selected the countries I wanted to block and haven't had any issues since (mind you this was just on the free plan)! The customer service was on point too--definitely recommend!

The app works perfectly fine and does exactly what it promises. I had an issue accessing the app, which turned out to be on my end, but the support team was incredibly helpful and stayed with me until everything was resolved. Excellent service!

I'm 62 years old and already getting bots messaging me and my store is not even open yet. I contacted Shopify and they recommended this App for help. I'm in the US and it's afternoon here and I contacted Blockify. To my suprise they were wating for my message and replied immediately even though it is midnight there. Tif checked my settings and made sure he could not get into my store from his area. He also proved fast, friendly and knowledgable service. I'm hoping this app is just what I need to keep the scammers and bots away. Stay tuned. I will update my review after a few months of using it. So far, loving it.

Great app to control any bad intention from people visiting your website. Easy to block fraud or disable IP's that are coming to your website with another reason then buying our products. Further the support is really good and friendly, they think in solutions and willing to help to get the best out of the app.

I am about to start trialling this App after being referred to it by Shopify. I had some initial questions and have spent time today in online chat with Joyce. Great assistance. Clear, good advice for what to do next, how Blockify can help and why it will be good for my business moving forward. Its been great so far, it helped me on preventing people from doing fake orders, looking forward to upgrade my current plan in a few weeks. Also support is really quick and available at all times
