Blockify Saves Us from Fraud – And Their Support is Incredible!
We installed Blockify to help manage fraud on our Shopify store, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Fraudulent orders used to be a huge headache for us, but this app gives us total control over who can access our store. The blocking features are super easy to use, and we’ve already noticed a big drop in suspicious activity.
But the real reason we love Blockify? Their support team is next level! They’re fast, friendly, and actually care about helping merchants. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed help tweaking settings, they’ve been there right away with a solution.

This is a great app that has really helped me block bots from my store that were hugely skewing my data. I wasn't always entirely sure how to work things myself, but their customer support is excellent and they always respond really quickly and are super helpful. Have recommended to other business owner too.

Not only does it do exactly what it claims - the live chat is so quick ! They guided me through my initial set up and answered all my questions. They had great suggestions about how I could achieve what i need in terms of blocking certain locations and allowing others.

Amazing! I had a small concern regarding a legitimate customer being blocked and Louis was super helpful. I've recently started using the free version of Blockify and reached out to customer service to make sure I had it set so it was blocking the countries I didn't want to access my website. Not only does this app excel at what it says it will do, but the team worked tirelessly with us when intruders found a way to get around our IP blocks.
They had their developer work to create an automatic order cancellation process for fake orders that made it through our defenses. Great app. Outstanding support. I highly recommend it.
