I have been getting HAMMERED by bots using my checkout to test credit cards. I installed Blockify on the advice of people who know a lot about this stuff. But they are busy and couldnt' help me sort out setup for my store. So I reached out to Blockify through chat and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Anna to determine the best option for my situation based on data from my store. She was super patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful customer support. I am optimistic that this app will solve my problem and stop Klaviyo account bloat due to fraudulent profiles! Thanks Anna!

I contacted the customer service, and he said that there are many attacked businesses like me. After they turned on this function, those attacks will be blocked, and I am looking forward to it starting to work. I mean malicious credit card payment.

We were configuring a complex Shopify Markets setup with a dedicated Japan Market and needed a very specific redirect behavior. The Blockify team took the time to fully understand our requirements, customized the redirect rules for our store, and helped us test everything until it worked perfectly.
Their support was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. They also provided excellent solutions for staff access, IP whitelisting, VPN monitoring, and answered every question in detail.

Been using the app over 6 months. Works great, and fairly easy to set up. It is helpful to have other 3rd party apps for further tracking data. Support is fast and easy and they fixed my problem quickly.

The Enterprise plan is worth the money if you are trying to block anyone who has filed chargebacks. I've used their customer service chat for assistance and worked with Lynn who was amazing. I highly recommend this app. Within minutes of adding the checkout blocker, it caught the fraudster I've been having an issue with.

I had an excellent experience with Blockify support. Demi was extremely helpful and took the time to review my entire setup to make sure everything was configured correctly. We have been dealing with ongoing bot activity and fake customer account registrations, and Demi provided several additional ways to block suspicious IP addresses, email patterns, and other fraudulent activity that I wasn't aware of.

I have had problems with fraudulent orders on my website for the last month and after some research I chose Blockify but was overwhelmed with getting it set up.
