I was having trouble with fraud orders getting through. Demi at support was very friendly and helpful about sharing with me in detail how the app works and advising me how to tweak it to block the rest of them, even petting me know about a beta feature that addresses my most difficult problem. We were configuring a complex Shopify Markets setup with a dedicated Japan Market and needed a very specific redirect behavior. The Blockify team took the time to fully understand our requirements, customized the redirect rules for our store, and helped us test everything until it worked perfectly.
