After carefully reviewing your store's billing history in connection with our app, it came to our attention that you installed the app on December 29th and opted for the Pay-as-you-go plan. Subsequently, there were a few charges that were applied once the trial period concluded.
We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you, and we want to assure you that had you contacted us, we would have promptly issued a full refund.

Uttery useless. Took me less than 5 minutes to defeat. This app will only block honest customers.

Did you test Blocky while logged in as the admin of your store? As you may know, Blocky is designed not to impede store admins, ensuring smooth functionality. I like this app. Most other block apps dont have ip blocking or charge too much for it. Sometimes you will have scammers or bad customers and you can get thier ip address from the order attempt then block thier ip address. Also, it allows you to block some countries and I highly recomend you do. Some countries have at least 80 percent fruad rate.
